Manufacturing Capabilities

 

Solarcon is a high-volume antenna manufacturer producing antennas in a wide range of frequencies. Manufacturing capabilities include stamping, injection molding, fiberglass pultrusion and many other processes.

   

Stamping - The Company produces a wide array of stamped parts, often designing and building the dies "in-house".

 

 

 

 

Fiberglass pultrusion - Solarcon manufactures pultruded fiberglass rods and tubes - important components of many antenna designs.

 

 

 

 

Injection molding - The Company molds various components with internally developed 
designs and tooling.

 

 

 

Machining - Solarcon utilizes turret lathes and multi-spindle machines to produce parts for antennas.

   

 

 

 

Assembly/Packaging - Components are assembled, then packaged in skin, blister, clamshell or bulk, to customer specifications.

Strategic alliances - The Company has formed alliances with domestic and foreign suppliers to ensure high quality and cost effective sources of 
materials.
